Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

Besides recruiting, we run a bunch of other initiatives which contribute to and support our core mission, and to mention just a few: Interview Workshops to align all interviewers at Tactile on our hiring practices, employer branding efforts (just check-out our website and LinkedIn pages!), events, diversity & inclusion practices (specifically focused on bias), and loads more. In general, we try to keep things agile within our team. After all, we work in an extremely lean environment within a flat company structure - that means that just like the business, we also need to be flexible and adaptable to change. Not one day is the same here and we always have exciting new challenges keeping us on our toes. To keep our motivation high we like to sit together and do sourcing sessions to 90s music, remember the good stuff that happened in monthly retrospectives and discuss hot topics on Friday mornings. We also laugh a lot - it’s very situational, we can’t explain it, you would need to experience it yourself! 😂
This role is based on-site in our Copenhagen office. Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer relocation support for this role.
Okay, let's get a little bit more specific.
Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day as our new Recruiter:
- Well… sourcing, a lot! We might be in gaming, but we’re still a tech company - this means that our roles are very technical, so we are always on the hunt for new sourcing practices
- Managing candidates throughout the entire hiring process and ensuring they have the best experience possible - this is at the heart of everything that we do 💜
- Teaming up with the hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and act as a talent advisor on market trends, compensation, processes and best practices
- Leading the hiring process with diversity and inclusion in mind
- Getting involved in running our various initiatives, such as Interview Workshops, employer branding efforts and company-wide events (such as our Culture Clubs initiative)
- Planning our high-level recruitment strategies and goals together, as a team
- Coming up with fresh ideas on how we can improve our workflows, partner with the hiring teams better
- And well… doing the administrative work as well. We work with Greenhouse here and use Confluence for internal communication purposes, and like to keep both clean and neat ✨
What we’re looking for:
- You have strong in-house recruiting experience, but a mix with agency works too
- You have run a full-cycle recruiting process before and can engage talent, wrangle hiring teams, evaluate candidates accurately and close senior talent
- You understand the value of behavioral interviewing processes
- You're able to juggle several roles at once and able to build a consistent, humming pipeline
- You are good at adapting and prioritizing in a frequently changing environment
- You are keen and curious to use data and insights to make hiring decisions
- You’re always looking to go beyond what’s already there and are extremely proactive in the way you work
- You love to do other things beyond recruitment and are keen to get involved in various other initiatives and activities
You'll make us extra excited if you also have:
