Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Procurement Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global company seeking to build a sustainable future. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player with a keen interest in procurement and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects within the procurement function.
- Assist in data logging and maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Support contract management activities, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Odense, where you will be part of a team with competent and good colleagues who value social activities and collaboration highly. You will report directly to Manager, Market & Risk Analysis, Magnus Bojesen.
Qualifications:
- Preferably undertaking a bachelor’s degree focused on Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
