About the role
As a Recruitment Intern at Factbird, you’ll dive deep into the entire recruitment journey, where you’ll get to source and screen candidates while discovering the joy of finding top talent. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with hiring managers and help shape the future of our teams at Factbird. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills as a recruiter and prepare for a future career in talent acquisition or People and Culture.

What you will do:

• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
• Assist in reviewing and screening resumes for open positions.
• Support in maintaining applicant tracking systems and candidate databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workbuster, Talent Manager).
• Learn and participate in outreach efforts to potential candidates, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Onboarding of new Factbirds in Denmark and the rest of the World.
• Identify new and creative ways to source top talent and improve employment branding.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Recruiting & HR: You have a genuine enthusiasm for diving into the recruiting world and a keen desire to learn all about talent acquisition.
• Prior Experience Preferred: Ideally, you bring some experience in recruitment or sourcing, particularly with exposure to Boolean searches, which will give you a head start in this role.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and professionalism in everything you do.
• Reliable & Adaptable
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Spoken and written fluency in English
