Position Overview
Saga Egmont is looking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to support our Dutch team.
Primary Tasks:
- Assist with sales and marketing by creating presentations, brochures, and blog posts.
- Support Editors in contacting relevant rightsholders.
- Research authors to help scout new titles.
- Upload and manage titles in our IT systems.
- Optimize and quality-check metadata.
- Order books and coordinate book scanning.
- Assist Sales Coordinator in data analysis using tools like Power BI.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Currently enrolled in a university program at a Danish university with at least one year remaining.
- Native speaker of Dutch.
- Fluent in English.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and good at meeting deadlines.
- Quick to adapt to complex IT systems.
- Knows or is willing to learn how to use tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Power BI.
- Passionate about international literature and pop culture (films, TV series, podcasts, etc.).
- Willing to take on administrative tasks.
