Student Assistant, ADK Finance - Aarhus

Based in Viby J, Denmark, Arla Foods Denmark (ADK) is the commercial organisation handling sales and marketing activities in the Danish market. The total revenue of ADK amounts to more than 9 billion DKK. ADK Finance is responsible for all financial activities ranging from price and performance management, controlling and reporting to financial analysis and business case calculation. Our work supports the commercial organisation as well as the ADK management team.

How will you make an impact
In Arla we are constantly on a transformation journey to improve our ways of working to maximise the value we create for our farmer-owners.

The core focus of the student job will be to support the organisation in tasks such as:

• Financial performance reporting: support in financial forecasting and month-end closing process
• Supporting business planning process
• Maintenance and updates of performance models across finance areas; Sales Finance, Category Finance, Price Management and Waste Management
• Various ad hoc financial analysis

You will primarily support your hiring manager, but you will work with a broad range of stakeholders in ADK Finance and the rest of the organisation.

What will make you successful
The right candidate must be either in 4th or 6th semester on your bachelor program and interested in pursuing a future career within finance, accounting or something similar. As a person, you strive for ambitious goals in your life and you are not shy of reaching for greatness. Further,

• The right candidate possess strong analytical skills and an outspoken mindset.
• Great skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a must
• Acquaintance with Power BI Is considered an advantage
• You have profound English skills as you will interact with international stakeholder
