What’s the job about?
In this role you will become part of our Retail Recruitment team consisting of recruiters and talent acquisition practitioners spread across our Northern European region, covering Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
You will have various assignments within the space of talent acquisition with a primary focus on assisting and supporting our recruiters, so they can focus on their roles of recruiting store personnel into our 500+ stores.
As a Student Worker your main priority will be the administration and maintenance of our applicant tracking system. You will make sure data and content is updated and ready to use, and will become a point of contact for our recruiters as their applicant tracking system support. Together with Sr. Retail Recruitment Project Manager you will be assisting in projects and initiatives relevant for the development of the talent acquisition function.
Your new workday will consist of:
- Assisting the administration and maintenance of our applicant tracking system.
- Enabling local Retail Recruitment teams to work correctly in our applicant tracking system.
- Supporting in on projects focused on the development of the talent acquisition function.

You’ll work at our Northern European Support Office in Copenhagen and will have the opportunity to work from home when agreed. This position is hourly paid and will require approximately 15 hours per week, offering flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs such as exam periods.

Your valuable experience

On top of that, you can recognise yourself in the below requirements:
- Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within relevant fields such as Business, Psychology, HR or the like
- Experience or interest in working with talent acquisition
- Flair for working with IT systems and maintaining data
- Excellent English skills. It is an advantage to also master one of our regional languages such as Finnish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
On a more personal level, we see being self-driven, attentive to details and fond of structure as very beneficial in this role.
