PEAK Wind is looking for a People & Development Intern to coordinate and drive our annual Team Survey while supporting other People & Development initiatives during the fall of 2025.

Driving Employee Engagement through the Annual Team Survey
Based in Aarhus, you will join our dynamic People & Development team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and drive our annual Team Survey (employee engagement survey), a vital initiative that shapes how we enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Working alongside talented colleagues, you will ensure the smooth execution of the survey, analyse results, and contribute to actionable insights that foster an engaging workplace.
More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:
- Taking ownership of coordinating the annual Team Survey, including preparing and distributing the survey, driving participation, and ensuring follow-up.
- Analysing and interpreting survey results to deliver meaningful insights for leadership and employees.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement action plans based on survey results to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Supporting other People & Development initiatives, such as onboarding processes and ad hoc HR projects.
- Assisting with internal HR communication to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across the organisation.
As an Intern, we expect that you can work between 30-37 hours a week depending on your school's internship requirements, with flexibility to balance your studies.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and motivated student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business administration, human resources, psychology, communication, or a related field. The internship must be a part of your education, offering you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
To be considered for the role, you should have:
- Enrollment in a relevant degree program as part of your education
- A structured and proactive approach to tasks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- A solution-oriented, service-minded attitude, and the ability to collaborate in an international environment.
