About the job
You will work out of our IT administrator’s office and participate in delivering IT support and services to our colleagues at our Aalborg site. Your main tasks could be:
- Deliver support on-site for the business and operations organization on technology and hardware.
- Manage service desk tickets in collaboration with the IT administrator.
- PC replacement project – participate and set up PCs on an ongoing basis.
These are just some of the types of assignments you could work on, but depending on the right candidate, these could vary.
Approx. hours: 10-15 a week.
What you know
Perhaps you are studying at UCN, Tech College, or something similar. More importantly, you are passionate and have knowledge about PC setup and configuration and general hardware knowledge, and you are familiar with AD accounts and groupings.
We offer a student position in a large, international organization with a broad range of work assignments to help you gain practical experience.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
