Are you looking for an opportunity to learn more about the field of production and technology development in Supply Chain? Do you enjoy working on wicked problems and complex projects? Then this internship might be your chance to get an inside view on our daily specialist work in our high technology production site, Danmark Protein.

Danmark Protein is the largest production site in Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) consisting of approx. 700 colleagues located in the Western Jutland. We are founded on a sustainability mindset and have successfully managed to turn whey, a former waste product, into new nutritional and functional ingredients for human consumption.

How you will make an impact
You will join the Production & Technology Development (PTD), Production Optimisation Team, where you will work closely together with Data Specialists, Project Leaders and Production Optimisation Specialists. The internship will take place in the autumn of 2025, starting in august/September.

Your focus will be to assist in big as well as small continuous improvement projects/tasks related to data availability, change management or ways of working. We are open to hear about your passion and interests!

As an intern in PTD, you will be part of our team from day one and be involved in performing the team’s tasks. We will strive to strike a good balance between your personal wishes, formal study requirements, and our expectations and priorities. The most important thing for us is that you learn a lot and enjoy your time at AFI and find the internship a rich opportunity for professional and personal development.

Who are you?
We don’t care much about the exact field of your studies however, we do expect that you have a passion for data driven optimizations and are a strong team player.

• You have a can-do mindset and love to see when things you have helped build come alive.
• You have an analytical mindset but also the ability to understand the broader complexity.
• You possess Danish and English skills in both written and spoken. Your skills within Microsoft Office are high, and you master the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
