Internship: HR – Learning & Development

A rich opportunity for professional and personal growth
You will be part of the Learning & Development team, that is a part of the People & Culture department. We will help you gain a sound understanding of how competence development is managed in a growing IT business. To support your integration, you will be assigned a mentor who will provide you with professional sparring and continuous feedback.
Ensure high quality and continuous improvement
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the continuous improvement and high quality of our learning programmes. Some of your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- development of digital learning materials for just-in-time learning
- possibility to participate in the running of our onboarding programme, based on a fun ‘gamified’ concept
- participating in the evaluation, optimisation and development of Systematic’s internal course catalogue, including the development of materials for both classroom teaching and digital teaching formats
- taking part in current strategic projects
- handling internal communication tasks such as preparing content for our intranet
- supporting your colleagues with ad-hoc HR tasks within Learning & Development.
Proactive attitude and a digital learning competencies
You are our next Intern if you are currently studying for a relevant degree at BSc or MSc level and take a keen interest in digital learning and HR. We also envisage that you:
- are service-minded and take ownership of your tasks, which you enjoy seeing through to completion.
- have good communication skills, including speaking and writing English fluently
- have experience and passion for creating digital learning materials, including instructional videos, and interactive content.
- an understanding of learning design principles, such as how to make materials accessible, interactive, and aligned with learner needs.
- have solid PowerPoint skills.

The internship lasts five months, starting on 18 August 2025, and is a full-time, unpaid position, but we are flexible regarding your ECTS requirements, and if your study programme allows, you will receive a token of our appreciation each month.
