Core responsibilities
As a member of our Digital Technology Early Career Squad, you will play a pivotal role in supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process for student workers, ensuring an engaging and seamless candidates’ experience. Success in this role requires strong project management and event facilitation skills, with previous experience in planning and executing impactful events being highly desirable. You’ll collaborate with digital recruiters and the Resource Portfolio Manager to attract top early career talent while coordinating employer branding initiatives with internal teams and external partners. Additionally, you’ll foster relationships with universities and tech communities to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline, contributing to the growth of our digital workforce.

This role is an integral part of our Digital Technology Recruitment team, working alongside experienced recruiters who are eager to share their knowledge and ensure you have plenty of opportunities to learn and enjoy your LEGO learning journey. It is totally acceptable to ask questions or make mistakes as we try to create a safe space to grow, learn, and thrive!

Do you have what it takes?
We are seeking a bachelor’s or master’s student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 1.5 years left in your studies.

The ideal candidate is confident in communication, prioritizing tasks, building relationships across departments and all levels of seniority, driven by a curiosity to learn, and motivated to deliver impactful results. You are proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for success in this role.

To thrive in this role, you need to be proactive, independent, and naturally take the initiative when spotting opportunities for improvement. Your practical and structured approach will help you manage diverse tasks effectively while maintaining clarity and organization. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
