Our Wellbeing team is looking for a new colleague who wants to help drive an impactful global wellbeing strategy.

Play your part in our team succeeding
As a student worker in our team, you will get the opportunity to be part of building visibility and engagement for key parts of our global wellbeing strategy to advance wellbeing for our colleagues. This includes refreshing our internal Wellbeing Hub, supporting projects with our external partners, and coordinating content for global events like our global Wellbeing Week. You will get a chance to have hands-on experience and learn about the many aspects of wellbeing.

You will join a diverse team focused on leading the Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing agendas for the LEGO® Group. You will get plenty of responsibility combined with great team spirit. You will get the opportunity to learn and share your knowledge; and through engaging with cross-functional partners from across the organization, you will quickly gain a valuable LEGO® network. In the role you will be mentored and supported by experienced colleagues.

Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. We imagine that you are a Bachelor level student. Your educational focus and career aspirations are in HR, EHS, wellbeing, communications and engagement, or similar fields. Moreover, you:

  • Have strong skills across the Microsoft suite
  • Have great project management skills, managing and organizing multiple projects at the same time to ensure we meet deliverables.
  • Have excellent communication and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing
  • Can work independently interacting with many different stakeholders
  • Are motivated to work in a global environment and collaborate across cultures and nationalities
  • Are willing to learn about employee wellbeing, and about communications and colleague engagement
  • Have attention to detail to ensure quality in your tasks, from content updates to project coordination

Curious and holistic with a great passion for learning
We fully respect that you are dedicated to your studies. Thus, your working hours will be adapted to this, and you may also use the LEGO Group as a case for one of your papers. Preferably you can work approx. 2 days a week in our LEGO Campus in Billund.
