ABOUT THE ROLE
As Student Worker in Employee Legal, you will support the Employee Legal team in providing first class support to KMD Group managers and employees including subsidiaries. Your primary role will be to help the Employee Legal Supporters with a variety of administrative tasks.
Based at KMD’s headquarters in Ballerup you will be working closely together with colleagues in People & Culture and the Employee Legal team.
Your primary responsibilities and tasks:
- Supporting the business and colleagues with HR administrative tasks
- Assisting with HR-related internal communications
- Participating in HR projects
ABOUT THE TEAM
In Employee Legal we are both Legal Supporters, Legal Counsels, and a Health & Safety Specialist.
We are a well-functioning team that takes pride in helping each other no matter the task and at the same time having fun on a busy workday with ample opportunity for daily sparring with each other.
ABOUT YOU
You are a student on a relevant education with an interest in the operational side of HR
Moreover, we are looking for:
- A team player
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility to deliver the best service to the business
- A positive and engaged approach to all tasks
Since you will be working in an international environment, it is required that you speak and write both English and Danish
The position is 15 hours a week spread over 2-3 days. The position requires that you are in education.
