The position is located at 3Shape’s HQ in Copenhagen, near Kongens Nytorv.

About the position:
You will work daily with a team of skilled and focused colleagues within marketing, product management, and sales in Denmark, North America, and Ukraine. You are motivated by strategic social media for business, and using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok is natural to you. Your main tasks will be to manage and grow the social media presence of 3Shape Design Services, managing and developing creative new ideas and posting content on our social media channels and creating monthly analysis reports on our SoMe performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team’s Marketing Manager with various tasks, including marketing and communications projects with key stakeholders like regional product and campaign launches, campaign roll-out, asset development, localization, and paid advertisement.
• Developing the Design Services team's social media presence by creating content and posting on all channels, including Instagram stories.
• Providing useful recommendations to optimize commercial efforts, considering the customer journey and lead generation.
• Generating social media analysis & performance reports, monitoring trends, and copywriting for posts.

About you:

• You are studying Communications at the master’s degree level, with at least 1 year left in your program.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have corporate experience.
• Experienced with social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with tools like Canva and Marketo is valuable.
• Video or image editing skills are welcome.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative, prepared, and structured in your approach.

The position is 15-20 hours per week. Time and working days are flexible and based on agreement with the team. Start date: March 17th, 2025
