Danfoss IXA is looking for a talented and dedicated Student Assistant to support our Sales and Marketing Team. Job Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in our Sales and Marketing Team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales & marketing operations. Your tasks will include:

• Preparing sales and marketing presentations, proposals, and other related materials.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and social media activities
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company website
• Managing and updating customer databases (CRM) and other documents related to customer and product info.
• Coordinating meetings and follow-ups with other teams as well as clients.
• Conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Supporting various ad hoc administrative and sales tasks.

Background & Skills
What We’re Looking For

• You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). SharePoint and CRM experience is a plus.
• A genuine interest in sales, marketing, customer relations and technology.
