Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Updating and maintaining critical databases, a high-priority function.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting deep-dive research using Google search, foreign databases (e.g., 4C Offshore), and industry journals.
- Preparation of Reports and Presentations: Supporting the development of presentations and travel documentation.
- Content Summarization: Extracting and consolidating key information from various sources.
Qualifications
We are looking for a student who ideally possesses the following qualifications:
- Highly structured and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down texts or proposals effectively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Finnish language skills (spoken and written) are a significant plus but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in Excel at a high level.
- Driver’s license is an advantage.
- Enjoys traveling and is open to learning about the industry and commercial aspects.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
