The position
We are looking for an intern starting 1st of September 2024 with experience in design, UX, digital tools, innovation and an interest in sustainability. You will be joining the highly diverse Incept Sustainability team which is part of Ramboll's Strategic Sustainability Consulting department.

Incept Sustainability is Ramboll’s digital platform supporting organizations in their sustainability transformation. Incept Sustainability provides an easy-to-use and two-way communication platform with interactive e-learning courses, and user input and feedback. In the learning journey, we guide users to move from learning to action with insightful assessments, tools and templates. We leverage data analytics to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends and provide actionable insights enabling proactive decision-making and impactful sustainability strategies.

We are growing and the platform is under constant development in close collaboration with our clients while preparing to scale further. You get the opportunity to be part of our growth journey and have the chance to have a direct impact on marketing and learning material reaching out to several thousand people.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• User-oriented focus to assist in producing sustainability e-learning modules.
• Content creation for the different sustainability modules both written and visuals materials such as figures, models, presentations, videos, infographics etc.
• Setting up and running test structures for the system and the material testing the user experience (UX) of the Incept Sustainability platform and individual sustainability modules.
• Planning and creating marketing materials on SoMe platforms
• Support on client projects
• Generally, support of the team

The team is part of the dynamic, international department, Strategic Sustainability Consulting, specialising in business and sustainability consulting with a strong professional drive and a focus on personal and professional development. As part of our team, you will contribute to the management of the team and large key accounts, with a primary focus on scaling Incept Sustainability, our sustainability platform designed to elevate sustainability awareness and engagement.
