The Corporate Operations track is designed to develop your skills and provide you with a deep understanding of different areas within global business operations and global procurement. Through two strategic rotations at our office in Lyngby, Denmark, you will gain firsthand experience in diverse business areas, giving you a holistic view of Bang & Olufsen’s operations. By the end of the program, you will be equipped with a well-rounded skill set and the knowledge to contribute to our continued growth.

What You Will Do
As a graduate in the Corporate Operations track, you will experience two key rotations, each focusing on a different aspect of your track. Here’s a glimpse of what your rotations might involve:

Rotation 1: Global Business Operations
Dive deep into Global Business Operations, where you will be able to contribute the product flow from our suppliers through our international distribution centers to our partners worldwide. Work on substantial projects in Logistics, Planning and Sales Operations with stakeholders from other business areas like procurement, finance, IT and Sales to improve our ways of working and to shape decisions that affect multiple markets.

Rotation 2: Global Procurement
Immerse yourself in the global procurement landscape, where you will conduct procurement transformation. You’ll manage projects aimed at optimizing workflows and delivering impactful results. With proficient numerical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a motivated approach, you will thrive in this role.

Program Characteristics
During your rotations, you will experience:

• Mentorship: An assigned buddy will guide you throughout your journey, providing advice and support as you navigate your career at Bang & Olufsen.
• Development & Training: Participate in tailored training, workshops, and feedback sessions designed to enhance your professional growth and refine your skills.
• Networking: Build meaningful connections across different functions within Bang & Olufsen, and with fellow graduates, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Social Engagement: Take part in team-building activities, networking events, and celebrations, creating lasting relationships with your peers.

What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have obtained a Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a similar field in 2024, or will graduate in the summer of 2025.
• Have maximum 1 year of full-time work experience (besides internships, part-time roles, or project work).
• Are passionate about Global Business Operations and Procurement.
• Possess comprehensive analytical and communication skills and can achieve tasks both independently and as part of a team.
• Are curious, eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Are fluent in English.
