About the role
We are looking for a Law Student Assistant to join our Legal & Compliance team consisting of 5 dedicated and engaged team members. Our core role in NNE is to navigate legal risks and compliance issues. We support the business by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and facilitating compliance within business ethics, confidentiality, personal data protection, and corporate law.
We work closely with various departments across NNE and also support our subsidiaries in India and the US, exposing you to the entire NNE value chain and providing a comprehensive understanding of NNE's business.
You will work around 10 to 15 hours per week, on-site in our office in Virum. We offer flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities and focus on helping you grow and develop your talent. How you might spend your days
As a Law Student Assistant, you’ll be:
- Assisting the Legal & Compliance team
- Conducting legal information searches
- Reviewing contracts
- Creating and updating power point presentations, templates and e-learning materials
- Handling administrative ad-hoc tasks, such as meeting invitations, planning social activities etc.

- You are in your final year of your Bachelor's degree or about to start your Masters' degree within Law, with at least 24 months remaining in your studies
- Have good IT skills
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
