Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside our Chief Executive Officer on an exciting range of projects. Your role will span various areas, including Brand/Marketing, New Business, Customer Development, and Product Portfolio. You'll take a helicopter perspective of the company, supporting communication and analysis to drive growth and optimization. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and planning for the Chief Executive Officer and the Allente management team.
- Leading efficiency or growth projects as a project manager.
- Organizing and participating in critical meetings to set the strategic direction for the commercial division.
- Preparing analytical and creative presentations.
- Supporting the Chief Executive Officer and his management team with practicalities.
- Bringing your own ideas and suggestions to the table.
Who We Are Looking For?
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics.
We seek someone who is:
- Available to start working within a month
- Ambitious, structured, and result-oriented
- A team-player with strong communication skills
- Curious with a thirst for learning
- Brave and innovative
- Proficient in both English and Swedish
