About the job
Your future colleagues work in specialized functions and are experts within their field. You will be supporting process optimization and automations by using the appropriate digitalizing tools. Within our department, we are continually driving improvement initiatives and process optimization. We constantly need to adapt our processes to both our customers’ requirements, our competitors, and the launch of new products and solutions.

You will get the opportunity to dive into existing processes and ways of working to identify and drive improvements. We are also eager to digitalize and automate our processes and way of working. We want to create a better foundation for data driven decision making. Maybe your digital mindset can help us utilize our digital tools and also explore new digital solutions.

You will have the possibility of forming a semester project (if applicable) in parallel with the day-to-day work.

What you know

• We are curious to explore different educational backgrounds and areas of specialization. Maybe you are studying a bachelor or master level education within project management, business economics or management engineering.
• You may also have a more digital background and studied topics such as Business Intelligence or IT management.

We expect you to speak and write English fluently.

We aim to have the position starting from June.
