The position
As a student assistant in Global Employer Branding & Onboarding, you will have the opportunity to:
• Support projects that enhance the employer branding foundation, including website updates, template creation, and asset management.
• Provide first-line support for ad-hoc requests related to careers site errors, job alert accesses, and other incoming queries.
• Assist with community management on social media channels by addressing inquiries related to careers and candidate experience, and offering social media guidance to the business.
• Contribute to projects and updates aimed at improving our global onboarding offerings, and maintain internal communication and employer branding channels such as SharePoint and VeevaVault.
• Provide administrative support for team-related tasks, including planning and booking team meetings and events, as well as supporting invoicing processes.
You will be working in a hybrid setup in our headquarters in Bagsværd and will be required to work approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to fit your studies.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for a student assistant who:
- Is currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, HR, Business Administration or other related fields
- Has an interest or experience in social media, marketing, digital campaign management, and content creation
- Is highly proficient in English both written and verbally
As a person you are quick to understand new tasks and subjects. You have a structured and focused approach to your tasks and assignments which you approach with a proactive and positive “can do” attitude. While you like collaboration, you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You thrive in an international and fast-paced environment where change can sometimes be the only constant.
