The position
As a Student Assistant in the Finish Production Manufacturing Science and Technology (FPMSAT) department, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the team in optimizing and implementing AI technologies in digitalization projects.
• Assisting with project and change management activities for new strategic initiatives.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Analyzing data and providing insights to drive decision-making processes.
• Contributing to meetings, presentations, and documentation related to ongoing projects.
Please note: This position is part-time and is intended for students currently enrolled in academic programs.
Qualifications
We are interested in hearing from students who:
- Are currently enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g., engineering, computer science, project management, or a related field).
- Have a passion for AI technologies and digital transformation.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong English communication skills and effective teamwork abilities.
- Are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative work environment.
About the department
FPMSAT is responsible for packaging Novo Nordisk's finished products, which include pen injectors, vials, syringes, and tablets. We play a crucial role in bridging product development to production, striving to develop and standardize smarter packaging processes. Our team ensures the establishment of global packaging capacity for both new and marketed products, adhering strictly to regulatory requirements while collaborating closely with Novo Nordisk’s global production sites. With an extensive presence from device development to production implementation and ongoing support, we are dedicated to excellence in all aspects of our work.
