How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a Student Assistant to join us in the Engineering Design & Project Portfolio Team, which is part of the Engineering & Technology department within the Supply Chain. You will enjoy an informal and international environment from our Viby office and some site visits may be required. Becoming part of the Engineering Design & Project Portfolio team, you will support the Portfolio Lead and Project Managers in various tasks. We trust you to work proactively and practically to meet the deadlines and execute the tasks to the highest level.

Your tasks could be:

• Provide support on developing tools and templates, which are used in CAPEX Projects
• Data collection, analysis and reporting of relevant topics across multiple stakeholders
• Support ways of working within the E&T community.
• If you have knowledge of extracting data and delivering structured reports, this could be an advantage to this role.

We welcome students of all nationalities, where you are eager to learn and deliver. We are looking for a Student Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys challenges, who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Overall, we expect you to:

• Be enrolled in a master or bachelor degree program within the fields of Supply Chain, Engineering, Biotech or Food.
• Are proficient in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Have excellent communication and facilitation skills enabling you to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders.
• Are fluent in spoken and written English.
• Can work approximately 1-2 days per week (10 – 15 hours), with due consideration to your studies. Work will be based in Arla Viby Head Office. Please note, that it is a requirement to be enrolled in a degree program in Denmark. You Will be studying for at least 2 more years.
