This role offers a unique chance to develop skills in group operational excellence, with focus maintenance activities. You’ll focus on creating and tracking KPIs across factories, engaging with global stakeholders, and supporting a digital transformation that drives innovation in maintenance processes.
What you will be doing
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Student Assistant. In this role, you will help ensure the effective tracking of maintenance KPIs, facilitate global stakeholder meetings, and support the ongoing digital transformation of maintenance processes within ROCKWOOL. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in driving Rockwool maintenance to the next level.
Your key tasks for the role will be:
- Develop and continues improve maintenance KPI tracking systems, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Help plan, organize, and facilitate monthly community meetings with stakeholders across the world.
- Support analysis of maintenance registrations and line performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the digital transformation of maintenance processes, including exploring and implementing new tools and technologies.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate project progress.
- Possibility of occasional travel to ROCKWOOL factories across Europe to support training and gain practical experience in maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
What you bring
You are currently conducting your studies in a business, engineering, IT, or technical-related field. Most importantly, your interests lie in business and project management, people development, and communication.
Further, it is key that you:
- Are in the last year of your Bachelor’s degree or the first year of your Master’s degree.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have collaborative skills: ability to work well with others, including content experts, instructors, and team members, to ensure the training programme is comprehensive and meets learning objectives.
- Have technical proficiency: familiarity with presentation software and other digital tools used to create and distribute training materials, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Possess strong communication skills: ability to effectively convey information both verbally and in writing, as well as listen and respond to feedback from various stakeholders.
