Candidate requirements:
- You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2026
- You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
- You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the EU
- You should have a degree and/or Master’s in a relevant field – for example:
- Business Administration
- International Business / International Management
- Economics
- Supply Chain / Logistics
- Industrial Engineering & Management
- Marketing / Commercial Management
- Project Management or related disciplines
- (We are open to different educational backgrounds as long as you bring a commercial mindset and interest in working with business processes.)
- A good level of verbal and written English is required.

What you could be doing:
As a Commercial Graduate at Kingspan LOGSTOR, you will support key commercial and business processes within our organisation across all our locations in Europe, working closely with different functions.
We are open to various profiles within business and commercial disciplines, and your role will be tailored to your strengths and interests.
Examples of possible focus areas include:
- Back-office support on key commercial processes
- Supporting digitalisation initiatives to improve customer-facing or internal processes
- Assisting in Product Management or Project Management tasks
- Supporting tendering processes and preparing commercial documentation
- Analysing market data, pricing, or customer trends
- Coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams

Our recruitment process:
- The first stage is to complete our online application form.
- You can only submit one application so think about which role you are most interested in. You will be given the option of indicating your other role preferences on the application form.
- If shortlisted, you will be invited to complete an online Psychometric test, i.e., Arctic Shores’ task-based assessments.
- If successful at that stage, you will be invited to submit a short video interview.

For example, you could use GenAI by showing it the job description and asking it to generate mock interview questions to practice with, but it should not be used to simply answer the questions for you. - If successful at that stage, you will be invited to attend a Virtual Assessment Centre comprising of a group exercise, individual presentation and final competency-based interview. Depending on the role, there may be a follow-up call/visit.
