QA Internship in a dynamic Product Compliance and Quality Assurance department
At FOSS, we are driven by a strong sense of purpose: developing smarter solutions to optimize agricultural resources and reduce food waste. If you’re motivated by meaningful work and want to contribute to global sustainability, this internship offers a unique opportunity to make an impact while building your professional skills.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven bachelor’s or master’s student to join our Product Compliance & Quality Assurance (PC & QA) department. Our team ensures that FOSS operates with standardized processes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. By joining us, you will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance within a global organization.

The job
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic Product Compliance and Quality Assurance department, where the focus is on strengthening quality awareness and raising standards across FOSS. We believe in a data-driven approach because it significantly increases our chances of success—and we are looking for someone like you to help make that happen.

As a QA Intern, you will play a key role in a major project: implementing a new Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. Your tasks will include helping to configure and test the system, ensuring it is intuitive and user-friendly for all roles and departments. You will actively support this process through workshops and meetings with stakeholders, contributing to a smooth and effective rollout. In addition, you will assist with migration activities from our current system to the new platform, making sure data is transferred accurately and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel are essential. You will be fully integrated into a team of dedicated and motivated colleagues who value collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in the role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Study for an academic degree in engineering, science, or similar
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Being data-driven and turning data into insights
  • Positive and active attitude towards challenges
  • Fluent in written and spoken English skills

In this internship, you will gain the following skills:

  • Quality Assurance and how to handle it in a Quality Management System
  • Project management
  • LEAN
  • ISO standards (e.i.; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001)

We offer
An interesting and challenging internship of, ideally, 6 to 8 months in an international and relaxed atmosphere with a strong focus on successful strategy execution and change management. We emphasize a high level of own drive and responsibility as well as success as a team.

We acknowledge that you are a student, and it is important to us that your internship will boost your capabilities and skillset, while you have a pleasant and fruitful time with us.

This is a full-time job, and you will get paid during your internship (IDA rate). Ideal start will be beginning of February.
