Are you Worksome’s next Customer Success Coordinator?
We’re looking for someone energetic, organised, and ready to join a fast-growing Danish startup that’s reshaping how companies work with external talent.

In this role, you’ll manage all background check activities for our clients — from requesting checks through our partners to tracking progress and keeping candidates and clients updated.

The expected workload is:

  • 15 hours per week 3 hours per day, Monday–Friday, ideally in the mornings
  • 150 kr/hour

About you
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll support our clients and workers by ensuring background checks run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the CS team and play a key role in delivering a great customer experience.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate and issue all background checks with external partners, including ID verification, right to work checks, and past career history checks.
  • Track the status of each check and ensure timely follow up with clients as well as workers if necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates to gather required documentation or clarify missing information.
  • Keep clients informed about progress, delays, or issues that require action.
  • Maintain accurate records of all checks, submissions, and correspondence.
  • Flag bottlenecks or repeated issues to the team for process improvement.

Your profile:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a steady flow of parallel tasks without losing oversight.
  • Confident, clear written communication for both candidate and client interactions.
  • Comfortable working with partner portals and basic workflows.
  • Reliable daily availability of 3 hours per day across the work week.
  • Experience in admin, support, recruiting coordination, or similar roles is helpful but not required.
  • Proactive in following up and closing loops.
  • Calm and consistent communicator.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with defined processes
