Job Description
Are you interested in building Power Bis and supporting data ingestions to Databricks?
Bring your data and analytical skills to life and help shape the way LEGO uses NPS data with key business partners

Core Responsibilities
1. Ingestion and Power BIs

  • Data ingestion and data validation in Databricks
  • Build and maintain Power BIs
  • Collaborate with IT departments to secure a sustainable data foundation

2. Support insights creation that drives action planning

  • Ad hoc analysis for LEGO Marketing and Retail team
  • Insight communication to team and internal business partners

3. Support self-service model

  • Support questions that help train others to utilize NPS reporting tools independently

Global Insights is comprised of 3 important teams: Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence and Data Platform Enablers. This Student Worker role sits within the Data Platform Enablers team which leads the continuous global tracking of consumer, brand, and experiences performance. The role is responsible for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program which is critical to delivering one of The LEGO Groups Pinnacle Key Performance Indicators.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Academic, Business Intelligence education (Cand. Polyt, Cand.merc, Cand.oecon or similar) with 2 - 3 years left of your studies.
  • Must be very strong within data management.
  • Must have skills with data reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. Experience in Power Bi is an advantage.
  • SQL skills.
  • Python skills an advantages.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Thrives and contributes well both in teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Ambiguity.
  • Ambitious, goal oriented, shows engagement and demonstrates positive thinking and a can-do attitude.
  • Analytical. Enjoy diving into the numbers, analyzing them and to turning numbers into insights.
  • Requires a structured working approach. Must be able to take on task responsibilities and contribute with ideas and input in relation to the tasks assigned.

Working hours:

The job is 15 – 20 hours pr. week within normal office hours. We are flexible around your working days and understand the importance of the balance between job and your studies. The position requires presence at the LEGO Group.
