At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will be joining our Pricing & Trade team, which is part of Payers & Evidence in Chronic Care Commercial. Here, you and 8 dedicated colleagues work with Strategic Pricing on our new launches and support business cases that drive commercial success.

Our mission is to set the right prices and monitor them throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with global stakeholders such as sales regions, subsidiaries, marketing, market access, and public affairs. The position is part-time (15–20 hours weekly) with flexibility around your studies. You will report to the Lead Pricing Manager.

The position - Support commercial decisions through data and analysis
The Pricing team plays a key role in shaping Coloplast’s commercial strategies

To succeed, you should have a strong interest in data analysis, pricing, and business insights.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide direct support to the Lead Pricing Manager within Intermarket Pricing by delivering accurate data analysis and assisting with quarterly performance reviews

• Developing and maintaining reports in Excel and Power BI to support pricing processes and governance.

• Assisting with pricing strategies and supporting various commercial business cases.

• Preparing and updating management presentations with clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications – Commercial mindset and analytical strength
You are about to start your Master’s degree and have 1.5–2 years left of studying, for example within Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or Accounting. We expect you to:

• Have strong Excel skills and an interest in working with Power BI & systems (experience is a plus, willingness and capability to learn fast is essential)

• Possess an analytical & commercial mindset with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• Be curious about commercial aspects of pricing and how data supports strategic decisions.

• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Success in this role comes from your eagerness to learn, your structured approach, and your ability to collaborate across functions.
