As a Legal intern, you will have the opportunity to support our R&D legal team in a dynamic and innovative environment. We offer an exciting and challenging position that, for the right candidate, will provide a unique opportunity to impact the way we safeguard and drive value creation for the Novo Nordisk R&D organization. Your key responsibility will be to support the R&D Legal team, engaging in a blend of legal research, project coordination, and communication support. This role offers a unique chance to gain practical experience in relevant laws within the pharmaceutical industry, and to contribute to real-world projects that shape our organization’s future.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Project & Communication Support: Collaborate closely with our legal experts to create engaging content and impactful slide decks for training sessions, guidance documents, and other key materials targeting R&D stakeholders.
• Legal Research: Dive into complex legal matters and support our lawyers by conducting thorough research. You’ll gain hands-on experience tackling real-world legal challenges, developing your analytical skills, and contributing to solutions that drive innovation in the pharmaceutical industry..
• Ad-hoc Support Tasks: Take ownership of a variety of dynamic tasks, including organizing meeting logistics, drafting agendas, tracking action items, responding to urgent requests from colleagues, updating SharePoint sites, preparing newsletters, and creating onboarding materials. This is your chance to develop a broad skill set and play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly.

You will work closely with experienced legal professionals who will provide guidance and feedback throughout your internship, ensuring a valuable learning experience.

Practical details

• Internship period: 6 months minimum (possibility to extend)
• Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours a week
• Start date: February 2026
• Internships are remunerated (15.000 DKK), if your educational track allows
• A Danish full-time work permit is required for non-EU citizens
• • Please note that there is a work permit fee (approx. 3.000 DKK)
• The candidate must provide: grade transcript, CV, motivation letter

The candidate must be able to relocate to Denmark and obtain a CPR-number

Qualifications
We are seeking students interested in developing their skills within the intersection of law, particularly in the context of the pharmaceutical industry. You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law or related fields.

Furthermore, you:

• Have strong digital literacy, including SharePoint and PowerPoint skills
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Are proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Have a positive personality that brings energy to the team
• Have good academic credentials
• Are comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Are fluent in spoken and written English

About the Function
Global Legal, Intellectual Property & Security is located in the Head Quarter of Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark. We are responsible for advising and supporting the business on various legal matters and drive strategic projects to the benefit of the function and our stakeholders.
