Student Assistant for Corporate Sustainability

Do you want to help shape sustainability efforts at an international vaccine company? We are looking for a student assistant to join our Corporate Sustainability team and contribute to global sustainability initiatives and reporting.

Boost our team
You will join a team of three full-time employees driving business value through sustainability across our operations and value chain. Reporting to the Sustainability & ESG Manager in our Hellerup office, you will work in a small, globally minded team collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues in Hellerup and our other locations.

This is how you will contribute
Our team sets the strategic direction for corporate sustainability efforts, but for most projects, we depend on collaboration with our colleagues outside of our team to succeed. Our responsibilities include strategy development and implementation, external and internal ESG reporting, as well as business support on commercially critical tasks, including tender support.

Your tasks will include:

• Drafting of responses for ESG rating agencies and sustainability-related tender requests
• Data collection and analysis to build business cases for upcoming projects and for tracking and reviewing current strategic initiatives
• Support with and delivery of various materials, including templates and slide decks
• Support on the annual development of our sustainability statements in alignment with the CSRD

We expect you to work approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.

About you
You are in the early stages of a master’s degree or finishing your bachelor’s in communications, business, sustainability, strategy, or similar. Experience in sustainability is a plus, but your greatest assets will be your eagerness to learn and contribute to your new team, professionally and socially.

We are looking for a proactive and structured student with an interest in sustainability and how it can drive value in a business context. You thrive in a small team, work independently, and confidently engage stakeholders across the organization to get their input and expertise.
