Would you like responsibility for your own tasks and gain practical experience with legal casework and compliance?Then you might be our new student assistant!
We are undergoing rapid development expected to continue, including through acquisitions – creating a dynamic workplace with many professional and legal challenges. As a student assistant at EG, you will gain insight into and understanding of the legal issues associated with a large, international software company. You will be part of Group Legal & Compliance, which consists of 16 full-time employees located in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and India and two law students in Denmark.
Your Role: Building Legal Experience Alongside Your Studies
As our new student assistant, your tasks will include:
- Assisting with handling legal matters and customer inquiries of both practical and legal nature.
- Supporting the drafting, review, and negotiation of general commercial contracts and IT contracts.
- Ensuring basis and documentation for compliance with data protection obligations.
- Handling agreements and automation in our contract management system.
- Supporting the in-house legal team and gaining insight into day‑to‑day work as an in‑house legal counsel.
- Administrative and ad hoc tasks.
We imagine that you:
- Are currently enrolled in law school / business law school (Bachelor of Laws / Business Law or Master of Laws / Business Law).
- Are in the latter half of your studies (starting your sixth semester in January 2026).
- Are curious about learning EG’s processes and acquiring new competencies.
- Are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, including prior experience working in Excel.
- Are thorough, structured, and able to work independently and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a busy work environment with many changes.
- Can communicate with all types of people – also in English.

Weekly hours: approx. 10–15 hours – flexible working hours with the possibility to increase or decrease during exam periods and holidays. We recognize that your studies come first, and your student job is meant to support your education – not the other way around.
