Junior SEO Specialist
WhiteAway Group
Are you ready to kick-start your career in a fast-paced organisation where you will have the opportunity to explore SEO in an international e-commerce context? Do you want to work hands-on with search performance, data, and large-scale websites while continuously developing your skills alongside experienced specialists? Then you’ve come to the right place.
We are looking for a Junior SEO Specialist who is eager to learn and ready to grow. You will become part of our in-house media agency – a strong team of specialists within paid and organic media disciplines. You will work closely with colleagues specialized in media, content, marketing, commercial and tech.
You will work with SEO across Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian markets, gaining hands-on experience with multilingual and international SEO in practice. While the local markets differ, English is the corporate language, and you will be part of an international organisation where English is used for collaboration and documentation.
From day one, we focus on creating a strong learning experience. You will work alongside experienced specialists, receive structured onboarding, and have the opportunity to apply your SEO knowledge in practice while building a solid foundation in technical and commercial SEO within an international e-commerce environment.
The job is all about:
- Supporting the execution of SEO initiatives across multiple markets with a focus on category pages, content, and site structure
- Conducting keyword research and search intent analysis to identify optimisation opportunities
- Working with technical SEO analysis and quality assurance, including crawl analysis and performance checks
- Monitoring SEO performance and insights using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Collaborating with colleagues in Team Media and Group Marketing to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in day-to-day work and initiatives
We’d like to think that you:
- Have a strong interest in SEO and digital marketing and that you are motivated to build your career within the field
- Have some hands-on experience with SEO (e.g. from a student job, internship, junior role, or relevant projects)
- Are comfortable working with data and eager to learn how to turn insights into actionable improvements
- Have basic familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog – or that you are keen to learn
- Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and take ownership of your tasks
- Enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team culture
- Are comfortable working in both English and Danish in an international organisation
