DHL Global Forwarding are looking for a Student Assistant, who wants to join our AirFreight team in Vejle

We, the logistics company for the world, are looking for our new administrative student assistant to our team in Vejle. The position is relevant for many different educational routes, and therefore, the most important thing is that you have a desire to become part of our journey.
The physical work location is at Centerbakken 1, Vejle.
As a student assistant at DHL Global Forwarding you will:
- Get responsibility for your own administrative tasks
- Update various systems following a standard procedure
- Maintain data in systems and ensure high data quality
- Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks a

- Are enrolled in a study programme e.g. within logistic, business, IT or any other relevant field
- Have basic IT skills, strong excel skills and understand the importance of data quality
- Describe yourself as organized and great at time management
- Have a desire to work with data and take pride in doing administrative tasks

Working hours: The weekly working hours are expected to be between 10-18 hours/week excl. lunch.
