About the job
We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Procurement team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, analysis, reporting and process optimization. You will play a key part in supporting tasks related to all categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive self-managed small projects from data crunching to analysis, solution presentation and implementation
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support procurement decisions
• Maintain and update data in relevant systems
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for internal use
• Support creation of RFX events in our procurement tool
• Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc tasks related to category management, suppliers, compliance etc.

About you
We are looking for someone that:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s program (preferably in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar).
• Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and interest in working with data (experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
• Outgoing and proactive, comfortable engaging with colleagues, stakeholders and taking initiative.
• Ability to organize one's workload and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills
