A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Support for Innovation in the Offshore Execution department, no two days will be the same. You’ll collect and prepare new ideas from across the organization, coordinate with experts and stakeholders, maintain and develop our idea system, and support smaller improvement projects. You’ll also create presentations and provide weekly updates to the Head of Department, keeping our innovation efforts on track.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collect and prepare ideas from across the Offshore Execution organization for screening and evaluation
• Maintain and develop the idea system to keep knowledge and data up to date
• Prepare presentation materials to communicate new ideas effectively
• Support smaller improvement projects and help drive innovation forward
• Provide weekly updates to the Head of Department, ensuring everyone stays informed

What You Bring

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree studying Innovation, Project Management, Engineering, or something similar – most important is your interest in innovation
• A strong, independent, and proactive mindset
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly and work cross-functionally
• A passion for innovation and making a tangible impact in a dynamic environment

You will join the Innovation and Future Concepts department, a team dedicated to identifying, developing, and implementing cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Collaboration, creativity, and a focus on impact drive the team, and you will work closely with experts across functions to turn ideas into tangible results.
