We are currently looking for a structured and proactive Student Assistant to support our business controlling activities and help strengthen decision-making through financial and market insight.
This position is based in our Embedded & Digital Solutions Business Unit in Aarhus with a hybrid work model. You will report directly to the Director of Embedded & Digital Solutions and support the leadership team with business performance insight and analysis.

DIS/CREADIS is a leading engineering consultancy delivering high-end solutions within embedded and digital technologies. Our Embedded & Digital Solutions Business Unit supports customers with hardware, firmware, software, and system integration for demanding industrial and digital applications.
Your Role
As Student Assistant in the Embedded & Digital Solutions business unit, you will support key financial and analytical tasks and help ensure transparency, structure, and insight into performance and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting profit and loss (P&L) analysis, including revenue, costs, margin development, and variances
- Building and updating dashboards and models to monitor business unit performance and identify trends
- Conducting market and competitor analysis, including benchmarking and relevant market data
- Supporting preparation of presentations and materials for leadership meetings and business reviews
- Assisting with business reviews and business controlling-related strategic activities, such as scenario modelling and cost-benefit analyses
You will collaborate with colleagues across finance, project management, and sales/delivery to ensure alignment between financial and operational data.
Your Profile
You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, for example within Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering Management, or similar. You have a strong interest in business controlling and technology-driven business.
We expect that you:
- Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers
- Are proficient in MS Excel (PowerPoint is expected, and Power BI is an advantage)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English (Danish is an advantage)
- Work in a structured, proactive, and independent manner
- Can translate financial and market data into clear business insights
Interest in technology, engineering, or consulting is considered a strong advantage.
