We are now hiring for our Graduate Program 2026 which officially starts the 1st of September.

Our graduate program is designed for those who have recently graduated and are looking for their first full-time job in the IT industry. As a graduate at Twoday, you will become part of a large network of other graduates, participating in joint workshops and team-building activities several times a year.

As a Graduate at Twoday you'll be hired as a consultant from your first day and be a part of an actual team at one of our clients.
The Qualifications We Expect You to Have:
- A relevant education related to Software Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Informatics, or Software Design).
- Solid experience with .NET (C#) is required. Experience with Java is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of working with agile methodologies.
- Considered what it means to be a consultant in a consulting firm.
- A strong team player who highly values collaboration and community.
- Experience with coding outside of your studies (e.g., student job, volunteer work, teaching assistant, etc.).
- Speak both Danish and English fluently.
Facts about the program:
- Duration: 1 year
- One annual Nordic Gathering for all graduates across countries and tracks
- Three workshops focusing on:
- How to be a consultant
- How to work effectively in a professional team
- Understanding the client
- A large professional network of tomorrow’s tech talents
Technologies and practices you'll master during the program:
- Containers, Microservices, Kubernetes, Serverless
- Azure Cloud Platform
- CI/CD
- Languages such as .NET, Java, Angular, Clojure, Blazor
- Agile methodologies
- Quality assurance – testing, test management, test automation, and tools
- Project management
After completing the program and gaining hands-on experience from client projects, graduates will:
- Understand and embody our company values, which form the foundation of our work.
- Learn to ask for help when needed—an essential part of our collaborative culture.
- Contribute innovative ideas and engage in discussions with colleagues to develop the best solutions.
- Express their opinions constructively.
- Master time management to optimize productivity and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Take ownership of their own development, strengthening their ability to grow and thrive in their careers.
- Be open to giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve our work processes and outcomes.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, fostering transparent communication and trust.
The Hiring Process:
- An online interview with a member of the TA team.
- An online technical coding assessment with one of our developers.
- An in-person interview with a Business Director and TA Partner.
- A phone conversation regarding terms and the employment contract.
