Job Description
Are you good at data analysis and strong at stakeholder management?
We’re looking for a student worker with flair for numbers, to support business analysis & business case maintenance. Additionally, we’re looking for a student worker with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure an aligned approach to Intellectual Property partner submissions and help with day-to-day team deliveries. Join our Cross-Franchise Marketing team in the Global Product and Marketing Development (PMD) and be part of a team with 23 dedicated and passionate colleagues all located in Billund.
Core Responsibilities
Together with our other student workers, you will support our department in ensuring that marketing assets are being submitted to our various Intellectual Property partners for approval. You will also support the team's business specialists with business case maintenance, varies business analysis and ad-hoc business tasks.
Primary tasks will be:
- Submit marketing assets for Intellectual Property partners as well as go through feedback.
- Ensure our partners are keeping their deadlines.
- Support our business specialists in business analysis, business case maintenance, etc.
- Support optimizing and improving templates, systems etc.in Cross-Franchise Marketing.
- Support maintenance of Cross-Franchise Marketing SharePoint site.
- Watermarking of highly confidential products.

- You are well on your way with a relevant academic education (e.g. Cand.Merc), and you are either about to start your third year of bachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University or Business School during 2026.
- You have a good understanding of business and numbers, and it is an advantage if your studies include relevant business, finance, or economic courses.
- We're working with tight deadlines, and you will need to work structured and be able to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- You have an eye for details.
- You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- You have a proactive approach to tasks and can work independently.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written.
Start date and working hours
Start date is ideally April 1st, 2026. Workload will be around 12-15 hours a week. Your primary working space is Billund, but there are opportunities to work from home to accommodate school.
