About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Student People Assistant to join our People team. In this role, you'll support our People team by taking ownership of key operational tasks, data analysis, and process improvements, with a particular focus on helping us ensure smooth, scalable Operations.
Working across the different People Teams (Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations), you will gain exposure to multiple facets of the People space in a fast-paced international environment. You'll collaborate closely with the Global People Director and other People colleagues. Our colleagues value accuracy, curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactivity. You'll report directly to the Global People Director.
What you will do
- Support People Ops processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and People data management.
- Collect, clean, and analyse people data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Assist with cross-department projects in Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, and People Ops.
- Help maintain documentation, dashboards, and process updates.
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects to offload and streamline the work of the Global People Director.
What you bring
- Current student on either the BA or Master's level with an interest in the People space. You can study many different things and gain traction in the People space (Management, HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organisational Studies, or similar fields)
- Strong data literacy and comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting
- Highly organised, structured, and proactive in taking ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Practicalities
- Hours: ≈15 hours/week
- Salary: DKK 155/hour for Bachelor’s students and DKK 175/hour for Master’s students
- Office location: Skelbækgade 2, 2nd floor, 1717 Copenhagen V
