A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in our team, you will support key commercial and contractual activities within large-scale energy projects. Depending on your focus area, you will work either with Bid support or Contract support, collaborating closely with experienced Contract Managers, Bid Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders. You will gain hands-on experience in an international, project-driven environment while contributing to real business outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Bid Support Student Worker

• Support bid teams during tender preparation and submission
• Assist with reviewing contractual and commercial terms in bids
• Help structure and prepare bid documentation, summaries, and presentations
• Support risk and opportunity assessments from a contractual perspective
• Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders during the bid phase

Contract Support Student Worker

• Support Contract Managers during project execution
• Assist with contract administration, amendments, and documentation
• Help track contractual obligations, milestones, and variations
• Support preparation of material related to claims, change orders, and negotiations
• Contribute to improving templates, processes, and tools within contract management

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field
• Interest in contracts, commercial topics, project execution, and/or bid management
• Structured and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and written documentation
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a complex, technical environment

You will join a growing and collaborative team within Siemens Energy Denmark, working with contract and commercial management across offshore and onshore substation projects. We are a global competence centre within electrical equipment and systems, and we work closely with colleagues, customers, and partners across the world. As a student worker, you will be an integrated part of the team, gaining valuable insight into how large energy projects are bid, contracted, and executed - all while supporting Siemens Energy’s mission to combat climate change and energize society.
