About the Role
As a Student Assistant, you will support our SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs) and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) in driving agile practices across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced agile leaders, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and develop your skills in agile frameworks, stakeholder management, and communication.

You will be part of a team of 8 colleagues with diverse leadership backgrounds, including leadership and coaching of Agile Release Train, product development, and agile ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
• Support SPCs and RTEs in Agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
• Help maintain and update Agile tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Miro
• Assist in communicating agile processes and continuous improvements across the organization
• Prepare visual materials, templates, reports, and presentations
• Collect and analyze data or metrics to support decision-making
• Engage in stakeholder management and coordination activities

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a student who is:
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn
• A strong communicator with an interest in Agile methodologies and organizational development
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably experienced in Design Thinking and meeting facilitation
