Student Assistant – People Development, NIRAS
NIRAS A/S
Would you like to gain hands-on experience within People Development? Are you motivated by working with HR data, learning, and organisational development and by supporting initiatives that help colleagues grow and thrive? And are you looking for a student job where professionalism, collaboration, and a strong social community go hand in hand?
Then this might be the opportunity for you.
At NIRAS, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our People Development team.
Your new role as student assistant
As a Student Assistant in People Development, you will become a vital support to the team and contribute to a wide range of activities related to learning, surveys, and HR data.
You will work with both analytical and coordination tasks, giving you valuable insight into how People Development supports the organisation across the employee lifecycle.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate internal courses i.e. update our Course Catalogue, communicate with participants and trainers
- Analyse employee experience data and support development of ready-to-use presentations to support decision-making
- Collect data and create presentation for the quarterly and annual reports
- Support distribution of NIRAS People surveys
- Assist with data governance related to People documentation
- Support maintenance and updates of our global onboarding site
- Ad hoc tasks such as preparing materials and assisting with internal events
You will gain exposure across different areas of HR and will develop a strong understanding of how data, processes, and development initiatives come together to support the organisation.
We do not expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most is your motivation to learn and your attention to detail. We will ensure a thorough and supportive onboarding.
