Role basics
Part-time position: 15 hours per week (split across 2 full days)
Work location: Klareboderne 1, central Copenhagen
Reporting to: Nicole Bording, Director, People & Culture

The role you’ll play
In this part-time role, you will support the People & Culture team in tasks relating to recruitment, on-/offboarding people data, and P&C process management. You’ll gain valuable experience in the daily workings of a fast-paced, people-focused team within the infrastructure investment industry. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to learn!

The team you’ll be a part of
You will be part of an energetic and caring People & Culture team in the infrastructure investment industry. This people-centric team is formed by Fraiyah & Josephine and led by Nicole, our People & Culture Director. We are all located in AIP’s Copenhagen Office.

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…
• Supporting the team with recruitment-related tasks.
• Supporting onboarding activities for new hires, including arranging IT equipment, organising the first day program, and other admin tasks.
• Assisting with administration tasks such as updating and maintaining our people system, Bob, and tracking key people processes.
• Helping maintain and analyse people data to ensure accurate reporting and insights for leaders and other stakeholders.
• Supporting offboarding activities for leavers, such as system access removal and the return of IT equipment.
• Providing ad hoc support across the P&C annual wheel, as well as projects related to employee development and engagement.
• Assisting in the creation and formatting of presentation materials for the Director, People & Culture.
• Being a reliable and proactive support for the People & Culture team.

Desired experience and competencies
What you’ll need to bring:
• Currently studying a bachelor's, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Highly organised with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and administrative processes.
• Strong communication skills and a service-minded, proactive attitude.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

This will make you stand out:
• Previous work experience in People & Culture, recruitment, or office management.
• Interest in people operations and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with HiBob is a big plus.
