Are you studying within IT or a related field and looking for a student role where you can gain practical experience in a growing international company?
As part of the IT team, you will help with the day-to-day operation of Wood Thilsted’s ICT environment, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, device management and user support. You will also work closely with our HR and Admin teams on onboarding and offboarding tasks.
You will support the team with helpdesk tickets in Zendesk, contribute to IT documentation and knowledgebase articles, and assist with smaller improvement tasks such as forms, workflows, automations and integrations.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- General user administration and IT support
- Device management for Windows and Apple devices using Microsoft Intune

- Asset and licence management
- Mobile and data subscription administration
- Preparing and maintaining manuals, guides and internal documentation
We are looking for someone who:

- Is structured, curious and willing to ask questions, document what they learn and follow agreed processes
- Communicates clearly in English and enjoys helping colleagues in a service-minded way
- Can work independently on smaller tasks while collaborating closely with the wider IT team
Previous experience from a student job, helpdesk, volunteer work or personal IT projects is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is that you are motivated to learn and contribute.
In return, we offer you excellent opportunities to learn and develop, influence your daily work with a large degree of flexibility and work on interesting assignments.
