At COP, we’re here to unlock the full potential of offshore wind to power the world, and there’s no time to waste.
As part of our team, you’ll work on market-leading projects with some of the most experienced and passionate people in the industry. Together, we get stuff done and own the impact of our work, with respect and safety always at the core. Founded in 2015, we are the exclusive offshore wind development partner to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, the world’s largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield energy investments.
So, if you are ready to go further than you ever imagined, we are eager to hear from you and encourage you to apply.
The role:
We are looking for a Junior Analyst (Student) to support our Operational Excellence function, and drive AI initiatives across our CFO Area. This is a growing function in our organization, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we work – both through operational improvement, and the practical application of AI. This role is ideal for students of Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related fields. You will be based in COP’s CFO Area, which include our finance, legal, digital, IT, and AI capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of our CFO Excellence capabilities, to support the reporting of key performance indicators that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Interface with managers and department staff in collecting of key departmental operational data, including operational health, service-level, and team engagement
- Lead business implementation of AI initiatives within the CFO Area – from scoping solutions with process and capability owners, to building simple solutions yourself or coordinating with technical resources, through to driving adoption and change management
- Collaborate with the Digital Delivery team on data visualization, business intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions
- Support the Operational Excellence Lead and key business leaders in the delivery of COP strategic projects
Your experience :
- You are currently studying towards a Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree with at least one year remaining, in Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- You set high standards for yourself and are motivated by a challenge – you thrive when given responsibility and the space to figure things out
- You are proactive – ready to take ownership of key business processes, and come with a first idea of the solution rather than just the problem
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills, and careful consideration of details
- You are curious about AI and its potential to transform how businesses operate – prior experience is not required, but a genuine interest and willingness to learn is essential
