We are currently looking for a motivated Analyst (Student Assistant) to join our HR Legal & Benefits Team, based in our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Team
The HR Legal & Benefits Team is part of the broader Rewards team at CIP. In this role, your primary focus will be on providing legal support in employment law-related matters and support with rolling out and aligning benefits - such as health insurance, pensions, life insurance, and wellness programs – globally and in accordance with CIP’s overarching strategic goals.

For the right candidate we offer:

  • Broad learning curve across HR, legal and compensation topics
  • Close collaboration with experienced colleagues
  • Opportunity to manage tasks and develop professionally

Role
This position does not require in-depth knowledge of global employment laws or benefit practices. Key is that you are willing to learn and have a professional attitude and a curious mindset.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

  • Practical legal support on employment law-related matters, to ensure consistent and compliant legal practices across multiple jurisdictions
  • Draft and review employment-related documents, including contracts and policies.
  • Maintain and update templates, guidelines, and governance materials related to benefit programs.
  • Direct communication with and exposure towards internal and external stakeholders

You
We are looking for students in the last semester of Bachelor's or first semester of Master's, ideally studying law or business law, but it is not a prerequisite.

Relevant work experience could be from a student assistant position HR/Legal in an international corporate setting or from a law firm or a consultancy firm.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • An analytical and structured approach to make clear recommendations from research
  • Delivers high-quality output with attention to detail, shows self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with the ability to work efficiently and often within tight timelines
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to adjust to new ways of working with many different stakeholders
  • Comfortable collaborating with external advisors and internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.
  • High academic performance and interest in working within renewable energy and private equity space.

The process
Please apply online as soon as possible as applications will be processed on an ongoing basis. For questions related to the role, please reach out to our Talent Acquisition team at [email protected]. We do not include CV's and Cover Letters sent by email.

As we continue to improve our candidate experience, diversity and avoid unconscious bias, please avoid having a photo in your CV. We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality for all applicants.

Please be aware that we will not accept speculative CV submissions for any of our roles from recruitment agencies, and any unsolicited candidate submissions will be exempt from any payment expectations and ownership.
