Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Student Assistant in Reward – HR, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Ballerup. Together, we support the business in driving the Reward agenda across Nexi, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation practices while supporting key annual processes, analytics, and people initiatives across an international organization.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Support the annual performance, bonus, and salary review processes
• Assist with Rewards analytics, reporting, and data validation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and Excel analyses for internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update Rewards data, policies, guidelines, and documentation
• Support benchmarking activities and market data collection within compensation and benefits
• Assist with ad hoc Rewards and HR-related tasks and projects
• Help ensure data accuracy and support compliance with evolving regulations and pay transparency requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently studying at Bachelor’s or Master’s level within HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 1–1.5 years left of your studies
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with numbers and data
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office

Bonus Skills:

• Interest in Rewards, compensation, benefits, or People Analytics
• Experience with Power BI, HR systems, AI tools, or data visualization technologies
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and cultures
• Curiosity about HR data, pay transparency, automation, and international reward practices.
