Join the R&D organization
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join our Chronic care R&D, where we set the direction for product development across the organization. More specifically, you will join and support our Embedded Solutions team. Embedded solutions is a new focus area within Coloplast aiming to incorporate digital devices into our products.
You will be supporting the project members from our team working on Heylo and new developments with embedded technologies. Primary work will be to help develop embedded SW for demonstrator projects, help with testing SW under development, and in general contribute by bringing SW knowledge into a team with more focus on hardware.
There will also be support tasks, like arranging meetings within the projects, writing meeting minutes and following up on actions.
More specifically, you will:
• Help making HW come alive with embedded SW
• Set up a working environment for future work with SW
• Prepare requirements for external SW developers
• Develop SW running on small microcontrollers – mainly for demonstration
Structured, organized and outgoing personality
You are independent, responsible, organized, and a collaborative team player. You are thorough and proactive. You have a positive can-do attitude and feel comfortable interacting with many different colleagues across our organization.
We imagine that you:
• Are studying BSc, MSc or equivalent education within SW development
• Have an interest in medical devices
• Possess good communication skills and outgoing personality
• Can work approx. 15 hour per week at our headquarters in Humlebæk
• Speaks and writes English with confidence
• Some experience with programming in C.
• Knows how to code for energy and memory efficiency
• Have at least a year until graduation
